The purpose of waste lithium battery recycling is to effectively solve the environmental problems caused by the rapid development of lithium batteries, produce significant environmental benefits, and realize the resource recovery of valuable components in waste lithium batteries, so as to produce significant social and economic benefits. Lithium battery recycling process and its application:

1、 Main contents:

(1) Optimize the production process, simplify the process flow, and improve the recovery rate and product purity.

(2) Research and development of fully enclosed clean recycling production process, research and development of fully enclosed clean recycling green environmental protection process for waste lithium batteries, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources.

(3) Industrialized application, establish a production line with an annual processing capacity of 9000 tons.

2、 Main features:

(1) The process flow is simple, the energy consumption is low, the product recovery rate is high, and the power consumption of recovered metal is reduced to 2600-2500 kilowatt hours per ton of recovered metal. The recovery rate of the whole process is high, and the metal in the waste can be recovered, which is a high-value production process.

(2) The production process is clean and environment-friendly, without secondary pollution. The three wastes in the whole closed process of the whole production process are collected, treated and discharged to meet the standard, so as to realize the discharge of pollution up to the standard. It is a fully enclosed, high-value, clean and environmental protection process.

(3) The production process is flexible. According to the market demand, it can handle all kinds of waste batteries.

The generation of waste lithium batteries is increasing year by year. There is an urgent need for waste lithium battery metal recovery technology and application production lines with high resource efficiency and high degree of harmlessness, which can effectively solve the huge harm caused by such wastes as batteries to the environment, and help alleviate the serious shortage of major non-ferrous metal resources in China, and create huge economic benefits. According to the characteristics of lithium battery, mobile phone battery, 18650 battery and other dry batteries, the waste battery recovery and treatment line adopts the two-stage crushing and three-stage separation process to regenerate them into recyclable metal powder and non-metal powder respectively.

Waste battery metal recycling process is a key link in the harmless disposal and resource utilization of waste.
